Here are two recipes to make this delicious Black Bean and Corn Salsa dip. The original recipe came from Teeny's kitchen (Thank you, Teeny!) and we then modified it a bit to our, Kiddo's kitchen, taste. This is a wonderful example of how easy it is to adjust an excellent recipe to a particular culinary desire.

* = We currently are using the Tostito's brand, but any tasty version of your choice could be used. Feel free to experiment.
- Mix all the ingredients in the order listed.
- Note: For the Kiddo's kitchen version ensure that the canned beans and corn are thoroughly drained. This is why we use a bit more Olive oil to keep the fluid level balanced.
- Serve with either flat tortillia chips, or tortillia scoops.
